I couldn't care less what people on here might happen to mention. If the Channels can't work within the rules it's their hard luck.

There are thousands of companies out there who work within much stricter rules every day without problems.

What rules would those be? The rules that prevent:
  • Overcrowding on trains
  • Pubs serving drinks a second after closing
  • Shops registering sales after 4pm on Sunday
  • Lorries exceeding the speed limit
  • Taxis drinving without a bale of hay
  • Paperboys starting rounds before 8am
  • Advertisers exceeding the advertising quota
  • Overloaded skips
  • European governments running deficits above 3.6%
  • Doctors working more than 50 hours
  • Councils publishing more than 4 newsletters a year
  • Company van drivers using mobile phones
  • Manufacturers using foreign child labour
  • Big companies avoiding tax

Thing is most laws that are strictly enforced are ones that have wide public support where infringement results in serious risk to life and limb or loss of tax revenue. Does any of that apply to nudie ladies?
Good god, what a bunch of whiney, sad old women you are. Getting all wound up because your poor little wank channels are oppressed by those nasty zealots at Ofcom.

Get over it. There are plenty of ways to see whatever sort of porn you want. You're just too lazy to get off your comfy sofas and find it.

There's no need to get abusive just because you obviously don't understand the nature of the discussion. There have been many like you coming and going from this forum, spouting the same old trolling crap.

Shame, I thought you were a good new addition. I was wrong.

This is a classic example of someone who's completely missed the point.

More than anything, this discussion is about how Ofcom apply the rules, which seems to be very inconsistent - especially with regards the Babe Channels.

Out of interest - with regards to Ofcom complaints, are details ever released about who it is that made the complaint? I'm not talking about names, but information about the complainant's gender, age and has this nameless person complained before about something similar.

The results it would yield would likely make for rather surprise reading. It wouldn't surprise me if the person has gone to the adult section to look for something to complain about.
can i just say ofcom as we all know can stick up for themselves, so any adverse comments by members on here that are negative about what the majority think , and that is that ofcom are out of touch and living in victorian times are simply putting themselves in the firing range along with ofcom for criticism ,if your happy with what u have now, then fuck off the forum and watch whats left of the shit thats broadcast until they strike their whip again ! u may well find ur watching daytime shows at night before long !!!

According to the Ofcom disclaimer, you are suppose to give your name and email address I believe.
