But I am! Honestly this thread amuses me. Some people simply refuse to stare facts in the face.

Are you one of those people that complain about a tv show but still watch it?

Well if I was running a babe channel or any kind of business that was subject to harrassment I bloody would. They are more likely to risk losing their money paying out constant fines by doing sweet fuck all to answer your question. Also even with the tameness that currently exists Ofcom will still find a reason to fine or place sanctions on a channel as they tend to make up and over exaggerate the so-called content that was of apparent offence, for anybody to think otherwise is clearly deluded bladewave

Me? I'm not complaining - everyone else is which I find amusing.

but your complaining about people complaining and discussing ofcom but your reading and posting in this thread Huh
This is about the freedom to watch what we, when we want. A lot of people are sick of people complaining to Ofcom and are sick of Ofcom dictating what we should be watching

Well, it may very well be all talk, but I understand that at least one of the babe channels is taking on Ofcom.

Which of the channels have suffered these massive money losing fines recently? Do you have any idea the cost of legal action or the length of time it would take? Have you even considered that even if you won there would be a huge backlash by the moral majority demanding the government change the law? You strike me as idealistic but very unrealistic.

I am merely pointing out the futility of complaining about Ofcom.

Define taking on - what exactly do they hope to achieve?
