Fucking BT
waiting in a queue for the past hour, finally get through and midway through the conversation I get cut off, phone the number again, only to be told the same bullshit automated message again about how there lines are extremely busy and that to put it bluntly I'll be waiting fucking ages again.
On Friday I had exactly the same problem but even worse, I waited and waited and then the line went fucking dead before I could even get to speak to anybody. I was only able to get BT Sports via the automated set-up. Fucking sick and tired of this bullshit, I have a simple request to them and that's to get my username and password set up in order that I can also view the channels on my smartphone. What a way to treat their customers treating us all like shite.
I will now have to get in touch with ofcom ironically
and lobby my complaint against BT as this is something that should be investigated.
Whilst I'm on the phone I'll also tell them to lay off the babe channels, if only they knew I was on this forum because if they did I'd imagine they'd tell me to go and fuck myself too
Maybe it was written in the stars that this would happen and you end up going to OFCOM

Fucking BT again
I got put to 3 different advisors who each told me sorry but its not my department, it's very fucking simple, I need to get the BT sports app to work on my bastard phone. Very simple request, I need them to give me a fucking password.
Over one hour, even the complaint line had a fucking waiting queue.
PS - I also can't phone ofcom yet about this one seeing as their bastard office is only open until 5PM which is of no fucking use to me seeing as I finish work at 6PM.
Looks like I won't be able to see the live footy tommorow whilst I'm at work , I do however have a radio but thats not the fucking point. I'm a BT customer and I expect better from that shower of bastards
