I was - it got me down the side of my foot.
Ouch!!!! Similar happened at work, this guy was unloading these really thick steel rods and one dropped and caight him on the foot. 'elf and safety were slapping themselves on the back for introducing safety boots, however it completely missed the toe cap, ripped the boot and subsequently his foot!
He was pretty pissed off, so I'd imagine he'd have posted that anecdote here if he knew about this thread

Spent the last half hour trying to stop the Mrs crying over the bloody Grand National..She's emotional enough at the moment anyway given her condition, could have done without seeing the horses being put down..
Prior to that i unknowingly invited my wife's ex round to give us a quote for some work we are having done on the house

An awful thing happened today, its actually the second time its happened to me, but today I lost 20 euro credit after it blew away in the wind.
I tried grabbing it, but it was blowing about near the river and I could not get to it on time. I should know better not to leave a piece paper on a bench to sort out my wallet
Plus the weather is fairly shit
