Well we had boiler trouble just before Christmas but we managed to get it fixed I am sorry for your pain.

Sit rep on satellite. Semi-pissed off you could say. Enginner can't get here until tomorrow afternoon, but that is okay because we have Freeview as well so can still watch the news etc. However, both mine and my mother's old boxes (mine was free due to an upgrade to Sky+ years ago) weren't insured and the original policy covered an old sky box not the HD+ box so it looks like our old boxes and this HD+ box will be on a new policy at £80 up to 2020 and then it might double after that - we'll cross that bridge when it comes to it. Being loyal customers doesn't count for much these days but they were in the days when SKY handled everything; now done by outside company for insuring boxes, dishes etc. At least I got an English voice to chat to(not that I am prejudiced against Indians at all)

I think you're lucky to find an English voice for anything these days.

I'm lucky that Npower's uses English voices!!

Being in photos pisses me off... people keep going come on stop being stupid and im like the photo will be ruined with me in it and they say shut up you nutter... and once its taken and i see it i hate it, it looks like people standing next to a monster....
