You could have shoulders like Arnie, but if your rotators are dodgy, you'll struggle to lift anything.

Some people have no concept of how unpleasant it can be when you're one of the mugs who bring them their creature comforts. Being up a pole/ pylon or in a trench that resembles the fucking Somme (been there. done that) isn't much fun this time of year.

Just try & keep a positive mental attitude and take care of yourself. It's what I've done when I'm going through similar times, including when my mum passed away 10 years ago
To make things worse my mum got a lift back from the Virgil and spilled outside are gate. Landed on her face and hand, took her to hospital and she’s got a fracture bandage on her right hand, cut lip and nose
Just come back from my cousins wake, just before we left my mum gets a phone call that her uncle passed away
