One of the signs you’re getting old! Know the feeling only too well. Used to baffle me when I was a kid seeing my Grandad (or other relative who was advancing in years) just suddenly fall asleep in the chair…and I’d be wondering why I could never do the same. I can and do now…and hate it!

I'm in a constant state of Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
The only thing that stops me falling asleep is eating and that's no use cos I'm overweight as well. FFS

I find I sometimes get drowsy around 6pm which can be alarming. I can't offer weight loss advice that you won't already have heard hundreds of times, I'm sure.
The damn Xpanded box can do one.

In-car traffic announcements which a) refer to regions you don't live in but which have a super-transmitter, eg Cumbria, and b) which don't switch off when the announcement is over.
^Especially if your favourite song comes on FFS why can't they put the announcements in the right area???
I mean wnat use is an announcement in say Hertfordshire in somewhere like south London?
My monthly Leccy bill has trebled in a year.
Jeez mate I may be on prepayment but even so, I reckon I'll be about £250/month when scheme finishes is around £186/month atm for me.
