When you ask someone a question through thread and then PM someone and get no answer

On the same tack when you're asked a question or a requested for a link or some pic from someone via YOUR PM and you try to send it but discover the bloody idiot has not enabled THEIR PM in the first place. That has happened twice last month. If I am sent a PM I will ALWAYS reply to it but that person has to have enabled theirs in order for me to do so

in my case it is not that i think they are just ignoring me its not hard to see who i am on about if you really look at my posts just be nice to be answered so i know what going on and i can move on

In my case it was a newbie who probably didn't know but in the end he lost out. I think it is bad that you are ignored like that.
