anyone having problems with Outlook/Hotmail? I have been locked out of my Hotmail for some unknown fucking reason and now I have to have to go through their fucking recovery process if there is any way to lose your rag with the computer this is IT!!

Some of these companies customer service teams need a shaking.
As a lot of them are working from home I sent them an email.
I received a reply from which was encripted, and they added another email on how to unlock the encription (codes, opening encription accounts etc) .
So I finally open the encripted email to find it says 'Phone our dedicated telephone team'.
So you phone their dedicated phone team (and are charged for doing this) and you get the message 'The best way to contact us is via Email'. and 'our call volumes are high'.
I'm looking forward to the survey that going to follow.
^In other words - they are probably trying to tell you something - whatever it is they are going the wrong bloody way about it!!

Not so much pissed off as heartbroken.
Having recently changed jobs and work locations I found out some horrific news affecting a former colleague that I knew quite well.
Her teenage daughter was killed last night in a car crash in which I have been told two other unrelated children died along with the driver.
News reports indicate there was actually one other child who died rather than two with 2 children in serious condition in hospital.
My heart breaks for my former colleague and all the families who have lost loved ones.
To lose anyone close is unbearably tough but when it's one of ones own children the horror of it must be unspeakable.
It has left me pretty shaken up to he honest.
Family lives torn apart in an awful, tragic accident. May those departed ones rest in peace
