Got out of my pit for a hot cup of chicken soup. If I can drink it all without hacking my lungs up that would be great.
Seeing as this is the pissed off thread I think its only fair to go on a mini rant, as I know how I caught this lurgy. Its that time of year when the world and his dog hits the supermarket, last time I was in one a couple of days ago, I reckon at least a third of the people in there were coughing and sneezing...without covering their mouths or noses...the fuckers

More hoarse than Mysteron and my nose appears to be mucus central. Thankfully not got the bronchial infection that struck my parents down, just the usual bad cold, but not a lot of sneezing...so far. Won't be back like some others on here until I've knocked this on the head-great timing, unable to attend a funeral and hardly any Christmas shopping done-what a blinder this week is turning out to be!!
Turns out now, on top of this virus doing the rounds I have laryngitis-saw the Doctor this afternoon - prescribed antibiotics and considering next Monday is the start of Chanukah(Festival of Lights) for us Jews where you make merry and sing, with no voice I might just have to end up humming! This has really drained any festive cheer I had out of me - sleep deprived for three nighhts and no chance now of going Christmas shopping so have to give people IOUs! God, I am so fed up, what lousy timing! I hope all of you are feeling better those of you who were also stricken!
