Freeloader is not the dirty word you seem to think it is. You might have very valid reasons for not spending on the shows but that does not alter the fact that other people are paying for the shows so you can watch for free.

Why are utility companies allowed to dig big holes in the pavement on a Friday, when they know that they're going to be left unattended all weekend before they get back to them? In general, but especially when it's right outside my front gate.
That's strange our road's pavements are being completely changed(and about time too) but one half at a time taking 2-3 days outside each two houses so ours and next door's will be replaced from Monday. It means on this side of the road no cars must be left outside. A little inconvenience but no great worry as parents away so at least they won't be woken up at 8am by a load of noise!
I am entirely, wholly, completely, categorically, systematically and absolutely pissed off!! I have just discovered our small freezer had been turned off, maybe since Thursday - either way it's been off for three days and I have had to throw a ton of food out having sought guidance from some people; unfrozen minced chicken/beef, other items such as fish fingers, kosher fish balls, micro chips, chip shop fish(box), ice cream(Cornettos) and pizzas(bought) that by anyone's reckoning is a lot of food wastage. I couldn't take any chances. I couldn't phone my mother because she and my father are on a river cruise and I didn't want to panic them. Sheesh! this has been a lousy weekend. Problem is I don't know who loosened the plug - it could have been one of two people - anyway panic over and I will need to replenish it(or as much as I can get from local Co-op) What a lousy day!!
