A friend of mine has it bad at time, its what Churchill used to have-the black dog type of depression but you do come out of it, as does my friend and he is in his 80's. We'll always try and cheer you up Goaty.

Feeling a bit Red Rum today-not quite sure how I managed to get this, might be the weather or something doing the rounds(my parents succumbed to bronchitis) but buggered up my helping my best friend move some furniture and I have to knock this on the head before Wednesday as that is the day of his father's cremation. Bad timing eh?
