Is this related to the windows update that took bloody ages and required multiple restarts ?
Why do they always "fix" things that weren't broken to begin with ?

So somebody else took up the mantle. Again for cryptography but also to compute trajectories and to run the first lottery. The budget wasn't so huge so it had to be for a purpose that would pay and so features got added to help the salesman.
The experts though, they're enthusiasts and were/are quite happy to have the output in base 32 because their arithmatic is that good. We loathe rebooting or updating or whatever but they love it.
Then somebody else thought to use it for the web which he thought he could sell and somebody else thought of a system and somebody else designed the hardwear and had it made by people who speak another language, are awake when we're asleep and whose politics aren't trusted.
If it were a car it would be designed more in house. You wouldn't have a BMW engine in a Ford. Even if you did it would be compatible because that's been done so many times. Also you'd have critics that get listened to like Clarkson.
Whilst all that's been happening they've become embedded in our lives and believed in and trusted even though we've all been let down and had our finger's burnt time and time again.
I have a Chromebook, I think that I've made the best decision I can because at least the system and computer is more like a car in that more of it's from one place rather than when I was looking out the window.

She kept saying i was cancelling it but i was waiting on a screen saying loading for almost 10 minutes thats not normal is it
Then tried to jump on evelyns perv cam and guess what that wouldnt load either
