I recently discovered I have type 2 diabetes. The one fruit juice i really love, but is hard to find, is grapefruit. Guess what the only fruit juice i've now been told to avoid is? Yup, ferkin grapefruit!

Yeah my mother was told the same thing, It is lucky I don't like the stuff anyway. Type 2 can be controlled and indeed reversed(I got the all-clear last December although I am still on medication for now) If you want any tips or information about how to cope let me know I can help you, I had it for 7 years.x
