luckily, Doddle, it was my lesser arm, and greenray, I work at a wood recycling place, and there were some big plywood boards (like you'd see around a building site) standing up, and I was trying to move one and they fell over (in my direction) and the next thing I know is I'm on the floor and one arm hurts a lot more than the other, not fun lol
