From all the books when I was small we should be :
living on the moon / space stations
all wearing attractive boiler suits / PVC body-suits
getting all our nourishment from pills or by rehydrating protein packs, none of your messing about with ingredients and cooking
have continuous indolent hours of leisure, with all the work being done by robots
living lives of jealous-and-guilt-free sex-on-demand with any partner you choose (pair-bonding for life having been superseded and rendered unnecessary by artificial means of child rearing)
