I kind of agree with this last line - i said the very same thing about the dayshows.
Strangely, i actually like some of the night shows recently because certain shows are actually like the dayshows i loved not so long ago. I'm
not one of those looking for, for want of a better wording, (much) more than Page 3 type tease - being naked ladies spread eagled all over the place, oil etc. But that's me. I can thoroughly appreciate those that do want this and babe channel night shows
should be geared towards that (give and take) as that's really what adult (soft core) entertainment
is. These channels started out being exactly this - delivering what they said on the tins so to speak.
In respect of the above, as RA says, what "we" have been "subjected to" recently is clearly not adult entertainment which is where i agree with him.

Well I wouldn't go as far wanting to see it scrapped. But I share your frustations. Last night I was seriously looking for inspiration when I was doing my cap's. All in all it was OK last night for me. It wasn't great but I've seen worse. The channels are missing that vital spark that they once had.
RLC was probably the best. Danni Harwood is always entertaining. That's when she's in the mood. It had a sort of stop/start feel to it as did most of the other show's. Also what is getting more and more obvious is the total lack of positions the models get into these days. During a 2 hour stint some will get into as few as 4 positions in which they will repeat over and over again.
I think the best way forward at the moment would be to offer us some sort of encrypted show back on SKY. Babestation X has far too many horror storys of people ending up with a black screen or having to pay twice. Also it's been well documented that it's just not as reliable as the good old fashioned enter you 4 digits in the remote option button is. Simple and effective encryption.
Honesty is a great thing. You sort of hit the nail on the head there responsible. I have to agree with a lot of your sentiments. I would also say at times that it was indeed bottom of the barrel scrapping. The least said about some of the half assed performances I seen last night the better.
I just say it as I see it Scottish, If I think it is crap I say so, I don't want porn, I just want to see a girl enjoying herself, Knowing that we are enjoying her, I just want titillation, and waiting for what might happen next. These girls could make it sexy and stay within the guidelines set out bye Ofcom if they tried a little harder, and if they were allowed to by their bosses. Titillation - I think you've hit the magic word there RA. I want to be kept interested and entertained. If I am I'm more likely to pick up the phone.
People have had a pop about Kandi wearing the outfit the other night but its different and is to be applauded; Lilly going all oily was great but now she's in danger of over doing it; Gemma and the will she/won't she get them out routine; girls like Georgie, Jennifer, who sometimes get naked and sometimes don't, etc. These are the sorts of things that keep me entertained. Oh and Clare Richards doing anything - really don't care what
Lori coming on and being bollock naked inside a minute; Sasha always on the bed and never trying a different type of outfit; these are the things that I rapidly lose interest in.
Just a bit of thought and effort can make all the difference.

As for a hell of lot of the rest. Yes I totally agree. There is nothing worse than seeing a model onscreen knowing full well they are really just counting down the clock until the end of their shift. I too love to see titillation. Vannessa the other night on Studio66 was the perfect example of how this can be done. She kept me interested. She used the tease element to near perfection.
On the subject of Ofcom rules I have a clear understanding so I don't expect to see anything remotely hardcore. Just some sensual mild nakedness if that's ok. Shower and oil show's are a clear favourite of mine. I have realistic hopes and really just want to see shows dare I say it at the same level that most of them were at during 2010 and most of 2011 before the yawn factor started to creep in.

Looking on her caps thread now, if wasn't for the colour of the bed/background you couldn't tell one show from the next. With little signs of any outfits to distinguish. But I appreciate she's giving punters what they want, so BS ain't going to fix what isn't broken.
Pity as she worked sets really well on Elite & the channel before that.

I said this elsewhere but its worth repeating in this thread.I used to watch the nightshows regularly and phoned a lot of the girls across the channels.I would hardly miss a night.Nowadays I don't bother as much as I used mainly because the standards have dropped right down.Tittilation doesn't seem to be high on the channels priorities any more.Also many good performers have now left our screens.Or some legends have moved to channels where they seem to have lost their mojo.
And there is a bit too much over exposure(same girls doing multiple shifts over a week which would be OK if there were some variety in the shows.)

Well I'm certainly old enough to remember the good the bad and the ugly as far the history of the babe channels go having watched them since the tail end of 2004 which is when I first noticed them having finally given into the digital revolution. Up until that point I only had 5 channels and didn't know any better.
Internet was also at a slower rate back on that era. No such forum such as this existed. I just happened to stumble across one of the channels by chance one night. It was back in the days before they were all grouped together. Channel 235 Get Lucky TV springs to mind.
I gradually seen the Channels become more of a slick machine and also getting more and more daring as time moved on. I mean back in 2004 if you think they are tame now let me tell you the show consisted of a tiny box in the corner where you needed very good eye sight to make out what actually was going on. Ofcom wasn't in the least interested in them neither. They weren't as blatantly obvious back in the day.
As far as favourite years go. 2006 was the year that they were finally all grouped together and new channels were popping up each night. It was kind of a novelty. The channels themselves didn't exactly know what the rules were either because like I said Ofcom didn't have any issues really with them.
Sexstation TV was the first to show full nakedness followed by Babestar TV and then all shit hit the fan. Babestar had it's licence revoked at the start of 2007 then we had a very heavy era of censorship from that point onwards. 2007 and 2008 and most of 2009 was fairly low key stuff from what I can recall. You got the odd naked show every once in a blue moon. It was tame beyond belief.
History lesson over. So 2013 so far hasn't been as bad really when you look at the bigger picture. Still not as good as 2010 or 2011 but it's a merry go round as far as I'm concerned. The channels have a history of the good the bad and the ugly all thanks to our miserable censors ofcom and the channels interpretations which seems to vary night by night.
Does anyone remember Sarah Hendy on the shopping channel Bid TV. She didn't need to take off her clothes to be sexy, and boy was she hot. Bid TV then was sexier than adult TV is now. A sad fact, but true.
