I think we can all accept there will be differences in pay structure, but what you're saying sounds totally unrealistic.

Just to add another factual point to this debate: people have been assuming that
all the phone charges are income for the channel but this is not the case.
The phone system is operated by an outside company and it's they who collect all the phone revenue. They usually take around 50% of this in fees and pay the net amount to the channel about two months after collection.
All the other revenue-generating services such as photo and video sales, web streams, calls at home, are also administered by outside companies, all of whom need paying. If you look at S66's customer service page you'll see that they work with Orca Digital for mobile phone revenue, CCBill, VXS, and Payforit:

The mobile phone networks also take their cut, so the end result is that the channel's net revenue is significantly lower than some people assume, especially given the other overheads that all businesses pay (rent and rates, heat and light, staff costs etc). There simply aren't the funds to pay the girls superstar salaries, and £2,000 a night (even for one girl) is out of the question.

i did read what he wrote and was disagreeing with his 2k a day which you have highlighted,
on his own figures they have a wage of £22015 a week, so if you take 2k off that still gives you an average of over £400 per girl based on an average of 7 girls a day some will be on less some more so when you take it over a long time period it works

The average number of girls working in the Bs studios per day is at least 13, more if there's a live BSX show.

The babeshows need better production recently they have all been infected by S66 over bright screen, tone down the lights please let us admire the difference in skin tone of the girls so they don't all look the same.

That absurd silver screen on S66 really is annoying. I never watch the shows on TV, but it looks absolutely rubbish on the webstream.
And you are right about the lighting too. There is an upside to that though. It is always tough to get up on a Monday morning. So the way that S66 lights Emma C is actually helpful. Between the hardon I get from her boobs and the burned retinas I get from blonde hair that is brighter than the sun, I find it a lot easier to wake up now...
