babestation has improved a lot over the past 2 weeks and has closed the gap on rlc and studio66 which for me are the top two channels at the moment and still are. as has been said bs have a lack of variety of sets, also even though bs have a deep roster at times it only seems to use the same babes and have them dominate each night, not allowing other bs babes to get the calls in and get better as a babeshow babe. also their hard selling of pics, vids and bsx along with mic girls is annoying
also all the channels have their own big name girls not just bs

Lolly used to be filth, she's completely different now, Lori is more daring than Lolly these days, Lori always puts on a great show, she can grit her teeth all she likes, it doesn't bother me, it's all part of her act, i'd much rather spend time watching Lori than Amanda any day, from what iv'e seen of Amanda on shows like shebang ect she oversteps the mark somewhat.
And comparing her to Amanda is just stupid, seeing as Amanda is a pornstar and Lori isn't...

I mentioned Lori because I didn't want to come across as somebody who hates Babestation and all their girls. I find Lori gorgeous, but like you, she pisses me off with her antics. I don't really watch her anymore because she's always stark naked, landing strip on display, and she is working overtime trying not to show anything. I find that boring.
If you turn over to 906 and Lolly is on, you'll find her on the bed, arse in the air, and the same look on her face the whole time. Granted, she moves around a bit more but I find Lolly much more annoying than I do Lori because I don't like her workrate. Lori uses the handthong, goes naked, and most of all she tries. Lolly just looks like she's going through the motions.
Plus I find Lori much nicer to look at than Lolly, but then that's just me.

Some of them are mainstream products that as mainstream brands would not want to associate with Adult TV sadly so an advertising base would be limited.

It's certainly something the channels could try but the channels would find advertising hard to attract en mass. Even some of the satellite mainstream channels find it difficult in the current climate.
I have decided I am not sad enough (for once) to check the rules, but from memory the rules were changed to allow sex products to be advertised provided the ads themselves were not explicit. That might only be on encrypted channels, but even that only affects one or two categories, sex shops and sex toys. Lads mags can be advertised and are even sold in family friendly WHSmiths. Stag dos are not necessarily porn events and tourism can be advertised.
As for mainstream channels finding it difficult to attract advertisers, my point is that the babe channels have a loyal and well known demographic. Why waste money advertising to women when only men buy your product? Why waste money advertising power tools and credit cards to kids when there are over 18s channels?
Lads mags arent bothered about their image.
Some deodorants arent and deliberately bring out ads that get banned.
At least one solicitors firm advertises on Playboy.
A cash for Gold type advertises on a laddish mainstream channel in the 200s.
Lingere is clothing and I cant see Anne Summers or Victorias Secret being bothered by the association.
Laboutin and Jimmy Choo might not bite but there are plenty of cheap brands that would love a high spending captive male audience.
Just think of the sponsorship opportunities.

I ge the impression that she does it because what's required of her on these night shows doesn't come naturally to her. She clings on to the "pain/pleasure" porn face precisely because she's forcing herself to work outside of her bailiwick, and she associates the face with the persona of the porn performer, or it distances her from what she's doing, or helps make it feel more distinct and separate from who she 'normally' is. She started out on the old BS daytime text-based interactive shows of course - a different type of work with different skills required, and she was very good on those (at one stage I thought she was going to use that as a springboard into other presenting-type work).
In contrast, Preeti and Priya say, or Lolly (not a fan, but have to give credit where it's due) or Cherri have a lovely relaxed, languid way about them. They aren't 'forcing' their performances in the same way, and that probably comes from them being more comfortable doing tease-core/softcore, and having had more experience of doing harder material. They don't have to wear a mask, because they're most instinctive and relaxed.
It's an odd comparison, but I feel about Lori on BS nightime the way I do about Gary Lineker after all these years of him being a TV presenter. By now he's had plenty of time to shake off the tenseness and relax into the work, but it just does not come naturally to him! There's always a hint of stiffness and awkwardness, a real reluctance to move away from the script and wing it, despite the show of composure, and the same sort of thing's going on with Lori on the night shows.
