Great to see most of my favourite girls returning, Lucy Summers,Vixen,SJ,Mel Rook.

It is illegal to smoke in the work place, which includes TV studios, unless it is for a specific role which requires it and not just for entertainment, which usually if it's in a theatre or tv studio it won't be a real one, it will be a fake one.
I do smoke, but not a huge amount anymore.

I'm going to bring up the channels going downhill again, *ducks for cover*

The channels are, as there is a very small pool of girls, which has got slightly bigger, BUT the majority of the people phoning are the same people more than once, and usually there is core people that phone and text, and there is some 'new blood' phoning and texting, but no where near as much as there used to be because they channels quality has gone down hill, and in some channels, actually most, are pushing the regs right to the limit, and it is because one channel does it another channel does it.

Are the Channels to Competative? One thing I've noticed is the massive swamping of channels from a few big companies, who seem to be competing amongst each other, and the smaller channels aren't approved to broadcast, and often having to team up with another company/companies to even attempt to broadcast so they can compete. Also where girls stay loyal to only one channel and one channel at a time (I know about Charmain Sinclear, but generally).
Thing which made me think was how different other countries are and how channels run by different companies willl often work alongside each other and share girls and studios.

I think you'll find this is the case in most industries. It generally makes sense to do business deals and work alongside the main players in the industry, as they have a foothold on the marketplace.

This strategy worked well for me in the Horse Racing industry, and I see no reason to change that approach in this business. Sometimes, it's better to accept a smaller piece of a big pie than try and get the whole lot (something a certain company tried to do unsuccessfully in recent months).

Wouldn't label bs as competitive as they seem to stick to same old, same old. Whereas tvx and elite tv are more adventureous and gamble a bit more. BS seems to have a format that suits pornstars and for glamour types it's like stuff you basically. Also I reckon ofcom poke their nose in when it's not wanted down to silly censorship rules. That hurts the channels deeply and makes them more tame than usual. As mrmann says the channels go through the motions. Next year I'd love for more liberalism within the channels because they deserve it.

I know, but they don't have to do to even attempt to satisfy another company to allow them to broadcast?

I agree about ofcom, although i agree with the censorship rules to an extent. I don't think it does tbh, as i think it makes them push the boundaries more, so ofcom are more likely to. I personally think spain has gone way to far the other way, as if I wanted to I could have a girl topless at 1pm on normal tv (which i have done several times) and no one would really moan and i wouldn't be investigated. In spain there are regs, but they are not inforced, especially in the babe industry as it is so small.

But that's just the problem - they don't have a poke - I reckon they don't have a sex life of their own so they want to spoil everyone else's - if they poked a bit more they might be a bit more chilled out! Perhaps we should send Zarwood around to their offices to tell them how naughty they've been!

Ofcom spoil the party of the babe channels, thats why bs camerastaff moves from side to side to ensure that babes don't go full frontal or get in their desired positions.

BS also think they are in the comfort zone with the current pornstar format, what they don't see is we like girl variation. There are a couple of girls from daytime who would suit the darkside really well. Unfortunately bs seem to have this current policy of babes who they believe make the most money as oposed to pleasing the viewer.

This channel needs some sort of reform somewhere in the near and distant future. We want to see great shows instead of the stale stuff, the babe channel industries have a lot of talent on the market, yet the producers can't always grasp that talent.

Just had this thought, when stations are looking for talent one supposes they use their eyes first but clearly it helps if the model can make ones ears burn so do they have to do an aural audition if they have no previous checkable history?
