^^^ The thing is though Rammy was replying to a post made concerning how good last nights BS shows were, Rammy then decided to bring up last years poll which has no bearing on last nights or this years BS shows to highlight what channel was voted best back in 2012, the poll has no bearing on present shows, forum member have actually stated that if BS had been as good as it is now when they voted last year then they would have voted for BS .
So now its not how dull the night shows are now its which one is the best channel none of them are the best because at the end of the day fact is, its just simple phone sex and that's it nothing more i really don't get why people take these channels so seriously.
I am not giving a opinion in this post about the validity of forum polls or whether they mean anything or not or siding up with any particular forum member concerning which channel is/was best etc, .
Anyway I've have just been checking and comparing the 2012 poll results against the 2011 poll results , see below.
2011 channel of the year poll result :
1st : Elite/Studio 66 with 48.11%
2nd : RLC with 24.53%
3rd : BS with 17.92%
4th : Storm with 5.66%
5th : xxXpanded with 3.77%
2012 channel of the year poll result
1st : RLC with 44.78%
2nd : Elite/Studio 66 with 34.33%
3rd : BS with 16.42%
4th : Storm with2.99%
5th : xxXpanded with 1.48%
This comparison of these two years shows quite a big difference in popularity of the 1st and 2nd placed channels, RLC had a massive upsurge in popularity in 2012 among forum members that expressed a opinion and their percentage rose from 24.53% to 44.78%, whilst Studio 66 who were voted best channel in 2011 droped in popularity among forum members who voted from 48.11% in 2011 to 34.33% in 2012.
The 3rd, 4th and 5th stayed in the same positions .
So if the polls are anything to go by it shows for whatever reason that Studio 66 fell in popularity among forum member and RLC's popularity rose sharply, so what was Studio 66 doing in 2012 compared to 2011 that led to it's decline ? and what was RLC doing better in 2012 compared to 2011 ?.
PS i actually voted for BS which stayed roughly the same in both years , also less people voted in 2012 than 2011, so i gave the results in % and not actual vote numbers .

Since you ask, the ones that take immediate precedence whenever I know they're on are: Ruby Summers, Tiffany Chambers, Cherri Hart and Bex Shiner (Sarah Daniel when she started was in there as well, but she's never out of nylons these days and has become a bit of a 'meh' option). Further back it was Stevie-Lou, Anna Lovato and Anaya Leon. Sod's law usually ensures that two or three of my faves are on at the same time. I doubt any of my faves has topped a popularity poll, although I've never followed those things that closely. Maybe Tiff or Cherri did a while back.
Perhaps I should have started a poll last year for
the best babe channel on Freeview.
There would have been little to argue about then.
TVX would not have been included since it is encrypted (apart from the preview)
Elite would have not been a valid entry since it was only on for about 9 nights in 2012 before it left.
RLC would have been disqualified (by me) for the utter contempt it displayed to the members of this forum, with its replies to members who enquired about whether it was leaving Freeview (which it suddenly did with no notice at all and without comment at the end of November)
Babestation would be the winner, probably ch173 because it starts earlier (at 10pm) than its other channels.
