The simplest and easiest way for them to drum interest is to treat 10pm to 11pm as the peak time of night, have it old school 2-4-1. Doesnt necessarily need to be every night, just a few nights a week with the girls that are willing to do it.
Then through out the rest of the week, Show like a 10 second recap of the onscreen girls best bits, SO when madison rose is on say a friday night, show a recap of when she did an oily 2-4-1 with preeti on the previous monday. Then end the recap with the phrase "its upto you the caller, to get her as filthy as you want...."
NOone is saying the girls have to do, 2-4-1 oil shows, nipple sucking, spanking for 8-9 hours of the night, it'd just be nice at some point or just have them flirt with the idea, entice the viewer.
These shows need to remember, the viewers are the callers, they lose the viewers, they lose the callers.
