^ I know we are all frustrated by this but in my opinion the bottom line is its the responsibility of the studio. They will tell the girls what to say. If they step out of line they will tell them so. Therefore if a girl says she can't get naked and the studio are happy for her to then they will see what that does to her calls and know that by refusing she is costing them money. I know lots of people are saying that Ofcom have not changed their rules but something has happened because this is happening across the channels.

Agreed but BS and their ilk (like most politicians) have such a low opinion of their public that they think a decent enough portion will take whatever they are shafted with and always keep coughing up with a smile on their face. So in their minds they are not significantly impacting anything already ongoing until the figures change.
