Believe me I am no "White Knight" I agree entirely with what you say. I'd be very surprised if none of the presenters over the past decade that have ever appeared on any of the channels have never had any type of sexual encounter with the men who work at the channels.

Those sexual encounters most likely happen outside of the studios though.

Most of the men that work with the adult industry get into it because they want to consistently have sex with models, and I can't blame them for it.

That is definitely true, Jermaine Pennant was lucky to get Alice Goodwin and Fazer was lucky to get Ashley Emma.

I think in this era presenters are trying their best to marry international businessmen too.

Also some appear to be working UTR if they don't marry someone wealthy, in order to fund their extravagant lifestyles.

The majority of your potential fanbase are probably on an average to minimum wage income.

That punters will have expectations of them going topless on FTA TV and FTA webshows between 22:00 and 05:00.

The whole freeloading mentality hosts have needs to transition to a more advertising mentality.

Is everyone that sees a presenter's pictures or videos that they've uploaded themselves onto their own personal social media accounts a freeloader?

Or are we only freeloaders if we see them on one of the channels?

They need to learn how to turn the person that saw a free picture or video of them on the internet or TV into a paying customer.

Presenters need to treat being on TV in the same way any company treats adverts as a free taster of the services they provide and prelude to you purchasing more of their products.

You'd never hear the CEO of a company publicly disrespect someone who saw an advert on TV for not purchasing their product.

My initial introduction to every host I've ever paid for content from was always free.

Then due to their looks or performance I then decided if I wanted to pay to interact with them or purchase more of their content.

The internet has allowed presenters to now earn money via many different platforms, as opposed to just being paid £250 a day for topless pictures on Page 3.

Many girls at one stage in the lads mag era would do shoots for free, because they were so desperate to become glamour models.

Hosts can now earn about £400 per hour from being on TV, about £1,000 for shooting one porn scene or set their own fees for escorting or OnlyFans.

Some presenters will gain a fanbase purely on their looks and some will gain it based on their performance skills.

The ones that establish a multiple decade career within the various levels of the adult industry possess both, along with an engaging personality and a high business acumen.

They also need to accept that stuff will get uploaded onto free sites now too, which I can understand their initial annoyance with.

But they can adapt to it, because that horse has bolted, by providing more personalised experiences that are not available for free.

Presenters need to embrace the current status quo which allows them to dictate their careers and find a paying fanbase.

Instead of the old format which held back women from entering the adult industry if they didn't look a certain way.

I encourage every women to shape their destiny, and if this industry isn't for you, for whatever reason, then please seek alternative employment with an industry that will fill you with joy and happiness.
