^^^^ Good comments pal.

Just get the feeling the era of Djokovic and Murray may be at the beginning of the end, they don't seem quite as dominant and some of the younger guys are just starting to get a few results against them now. Not saying either are past it and won't win more grand slams, but certainly it seems more competitive now. That said Murray and Nadal still in so the 'old guard' not completely swept aside yet.
Halep beat Pliskova to join Ostapenko in the Woman's final of the French Open

But you should keep an eye on Pliskova as a potential winner at Wimbledon
Unseeded Ostapenko wins the Womens French Open by beating Halep in 3 set
Ostapenko's first ever WTA tour level win and it's a major. Amazing power hitting from the Latvian.
Maria Sharapova is out of Wimbledon (Qualifying) due to the injury she sustained earlier this season.
Nadal's back. He's blasted Wawrinka off the court.
Well done to Rafa Nadal. Ten French open titles is a phenomenal achievement.
For the loss of no sets at all and only 35 games in the whole tournament.
An average of only 5 games conceded per match eek.
No question. Best player in the championship by a million miles.
Yes, a tremendous achievement by Rafael Nadal. It's basically unheard of, or was before today, for any player to win one major ten times. In arguably the hardest of all the four majors as clay is such a gruelling surface because the rallies are on average far longer. Even Sampras and Federer have never achieved "La Decima" at their favourite slam, Wimbledon. Just makes it even more incredible.

Nadal is now ahead of Sampras' slam haul after today's win. He now moves to 15, Sampras on 14. That puts Nadal just three behind Federer's all time record of 18. Time's on his side to get there too, as long as he stays healthy. He's only 31 - if Federer's still competing for majors at the age of 36, Nadal definitely could still have many more slams ahead.

The upcoming grass court season could now be very interesting indeed. For now though, Nadal the clear leader of the 2017 tour.
