There are some reports that he's been rearrested other are saying that police are waiting outside his lawyers office waiting a decision from Immigration Minister about whether to cancel the Serbian's visa.

He won the court case on a technicality. They didn't follow the correct procedure when they revoked his visa.

I wonder if he does actually make it onto court, how many of his opponents will refuse to play him?

SM, I wonder if the court still has to rulle on that or whether they will leave that to the Immigration Minister whoever they are, to have the final say. I hsve a gut feeling this will rumble on for a nother 24-48 hours and also if fans will suddenly create a grouindswell of opposition that will make the Mionister decision far easier.
