There have been good players coming through but it is difficult to transfer from being a good junior to making it in the Professional circuit. Oliver Golding who won junior US Open in 2011 is a good example of where we are failing He didn't feel he was supported as the funding for players like him was slashed and they closed the National Tennis Centre at Roehampton which mean he found it difficult to find good practice facilities in UK. In some cases like Jo Konta and Andy Murray moving to another country to train has paid dividends but it is not right for everyone.
Been confirmed that Serena Williams is pregnant and due in the autumn
Nasty by name, nasty by nature

Nastase supposedly called both Anne Keothavong and Jo Konta 'a fucking bitch' as he was leaving court.
This lead to the match being suspended as Jo Konta was in tears.
On the resumption Jo came back to win the match. They are now level with Romania 1-1 in the FedCup

Nastase is a disgrace, and damn right for Serena pursuing it.
is the ban Nastase has still provisional or will it now likely be a full ban? As far as I know it wouldn't stop him attending Grand Slam events
Maria Sharapova is returning to competitive tennis tomorrow at Stuttgart
Great return so far for Maria if she wins at Stuttgart that will hopefully stop the bitching about her getting a wild card entry.
Sharapova is a disgrace Sad
^ I disagree the drug she was caught taking was legal until the start of 2016 and given the number of athletes that got caught after that it seems to me WADA didn't advertise the fact this drug was being banned very well, just putting it in a general e-mail where most athletes/advisers will scan read and therefore could easily miss this important information.

A lot of experts disagree with banning Meldonium, believing a dosage limit should have been imposed instead
Well said
