Heather Watson won the title in Mexico which takes her back into Top 50. Emma Raducanu got to the final of 25 K event in Sunderland

Watson lost in the next tournament, missing out on a match with Jo Konta, who beat Kim Clijsters!

I just hope now Watson can build on her win in Mexico for the rest of the season. She did say on 5 live last night that her next goal was to reach the fourth round of a Grand Slam event and win one more event and she would be competing in her third Olympics in Japan.

Konta was 5-2 down in the decider of her q-final match at the Monterrey Open but rallied to win a tie-break and reach the last 4!

Will this get her back into either the top 10 or top 20?

She was #11 last I looked, so...

She lost in straight sets, but Svitolina was waiting in the final, so it's not a total loss.
