Laura has a habit of beating highly ranked or well known players. In the last twelve months she has already seen off the likes of Li Na, Agnieszka Radwanska, Kim Clijsters (before she retired), Venus Williams and now Kirilenko.
Where she tends to struggle is against the opponents ranked slightly below her so it will be interesting to see what happens in round two against an unseeded opponent.

Federer gone out, along with Tsonga and several other crocks. Murray's draw looks much easier now.
