Was good to see Laura Robson back playing again, got tough draw in qualifying at Eastbourne against No 1 seed Daria Gavrilova, there were a lot of long close games and the 6-0, 6-1 win for Gavrilova didn't truely reflect the match. It will time for Laura to shake the rust off but it was just nice after 17 months out to see her playing again

In Wimbledon qualifying 1st round wins for Tara Moore, Katy Dunne and 16 yo Katie Swan, one to watch for the future! Amanda Carreras, Emily Webley Smith, Naomi Cavaday, Lucy Brown and Gabriella Taylor all lost. Richard Bloomfield lost in mens qualifying today as well
Heather Watson beats E Svitolina in 3 sets to add to beating V Lepchenko in 1st round at Eastbourne
Some decent performances but only 1 win from 2nd qualifying round at Wimbledon for British players as Dan Evans continues to make a comeback from knee problems which have seen his ranking fall to the 600's from 123 last year and is a win against Y Sugita from 1st round proper of Wimbledon.
Jo Konta beat Garbine Mugruaza 6-4, 4-6, 6-3 to reach Q/Final at Eastbourne.
Muguruza is a very good young player so that is an excellent result for Konta.
Obviously enjoying some home comforts as her parents live in Eastbourne.
Shame Heather(Watson) lost to Sloane Stephens
The seeding committee at Wimbledon have mucked it up.
Murray is down to play Djokovic in the semis. And Nadal's the number 10 seed.
