It was always a tough group for England only 5 teams have won more games then they have lost against England and Italy & Uruguay are 2 of them.
dont make excuses for us, like Joey Barton just tweeted, its mostly a team of fannies
Fair enough to criticise the poor talent chosen to play for England...but you follow Joey Barton? Immense player of course so he has the right to slag off fellow professionals. That guy is nothing more than a self promoting moronic player with modest ability. A year or two before he's threatening Ant and Dec in the Jungle. At least England tried their best and were only beaten by two class goals.

joey speaks his mind, that's why i follow him
Roy hodgeson "the draw we needed" he is getting stick on the radio now
Rooneys overrated ... If he would have taken most of his chances ... We may be on 6 points, he's poor
I agree rooney is poor but the blame comes down to hodgeson for playing him out of position and playing him in poor form..
His interview after the game sums him up.. Gerrard is too old and hodgeson should know he's played a full season and can't play a full world cup in that role on his own..
^^^ Baines crossing was poor also Henderson did F all ... Sterling played good and Sturrige ... Cahill was also "OK" ... Chamberlain may of cost us for getting injured also... Welbeck was his replacement and was shit.

Baines did not have a clue what to do on that left side England need to find themselves a left winger soon and use Shaw often as left back in the future. Lambert should have been given the nod tonight along with milner and press them hard
^^^ Wonder if Januzaj would have made it into the starting 11 if he choose England?
We seemed to have way too many Liverpool players for a start.
They have proved this season that they don't have what it takes to go on and win.
This should surprise no-one.
