What a start for Chile, 2 up after 14 minutes. They play some great football, very easy on the eye. My second team for this WC I've decided.

not going to happen with van Gaal arriving. Anyway what are you doing in a proper football thread?? Wink
Australia did well after going down 2-0 after 14 minutes, it looked a case of how many at that stage but they came back into it and when Cahill got it back to 2-1 it became a really good game with chances at both ends
I think this was the best game so far to watch Smile

Yeah, credit to Australia for fighting back. They fought hard and played some pretty good stuff. Chile were pretty sloppy in the second half I thought, but I'm happy they ended up winning.

Yep, two great games today with this one and Spain vs. Ned. Not looking forward to the England match though, already nervous.
I believe Chile will go a long way into this tournament, They also have a big following in Brasil aswell as Francisa getting topless for them as support Wink

As for England tomorrow night, after watching the last few games I wouldn't expect anything much with Roy Hodgeson in charge, it's not the players that will stop England progressing it will be his tactics..

If he puts out a young attacking team with Barkley and Sterling and Lallana playing behind Sturridge and let them play free i would give him a little credit, but we know he won't do that..

He's way too sensible to do anything like that against Italy. Way too sensible.
