Celtic got lucky with that opening goal, we were very unlucky after Radoslaw Cierzniak pulled of a brilliant save, unfortunately with Dillon still being off the pitch he wasn't there to clear the ball away.
Definate stonewall penalty denied
Utd have started the second half well mind you, all we need is a goal now

packy bonner just said the same as hartson on the bbc comentary, next thing you'll be saying he's biased as well!
Fuck - Now we're down to 10 men, Sean Dillon sent off
i think that's all she wrote!
Naturally I'm gutted, but on the bonus side that's £35 I've just saved, I bet you my sister is cursing my name now after buying the ticket off me.
I think as soon as we had a penalty denied the omens were there that it just wasn't going to be our day. The red card Sean Dillon received was justified as it was a reckless challenge to be putting in.
When Celtic scored the 2nd goal I don't think I'll be repeating what I shouted at the telly on this forum somehow
In the end they probably ran out deserved winners but I don't really want to indulge in the aftermaths right now as it's yet another very disappointing defeat for us in Glasgow
Last thing to say on the matter is our chairman is a prize idiot, if we'd still had Mackay Stevens and Armstrong playing for us then it might have been an entirely different story for us.
Final score from Hampden park.
Dundee Utd 0 Celtic 2
Rangers held to another home draw, this time by the fearsome Alloa
Elgin 1 East Stirling 2! Bloody hell, 5th place! Level on points with 4th! I don't know how they've turned it around so well, so suddenly, but I'm glad they have! For as long as it lasts, mind
Cheer's Sm© for rubbing it in
So our week of misery is almost complete, I fully expect Celtic to go and put another few more past us when we meet again on Saturday and after that if we never play Celtic again then that won't be too soon.
Celtic will now go on to clinch the treble, they have found form at the right time.
*BTW - I had to say that through gritted teeth*
Moving on you have to admire Hearts and now the gaffer has now stated his preference as to when he wants to clinch the title. He'd rather Hibs beat Rangers on Sunday so that his team could have the pleasure of clinching it in front of their own supporters. At the start of the season such a notion would have been dismissed as the talk of a lunatic but he really doesn't want to have it won for him
