Yeah, Raith deserved better. Dumbarton look probable winners today too.

I realise the alt to having the 9th place team in a playoff is the 5th place from the division below, but that just emphasises the stupidity when there's only 10 teams in a division. Just do 2nd v 3rd if they absolutely must (or scrap it altogether).

Championship thing with 3 rounds instead of 2 is even crapper currently.

Given I don't recall at what point in the season that anyone took them seriously as displacing the top 3, it seems a pretty feeble attempt to justify saying he's had enough.

Then he didn't turn up for the press conference because of the "flu" which he's had for 2 weeks. Didn't look like he had the flu when he was making a right tit of himself at the end of the game.
Hibs 4- Rangers 5 so far. Are they not playing with any defence Smile
Celtic rolled over
Props to Aberdeen, 2nd & a finale to match.

5-5? Football, bloody hell, etc

Alloa shockingly did get the better of Dumbarton, so that's one good play-off result.

Yeah. Celtic fans accusing Hearts of lying down at Ibrox (ignoring the fact Hearts are piss poor away from home) yet it's ok for them to lose to Hibs and Aberdeen, the two teams who were vying with Rangers for 2nd place.
I am amazed at how bad British teams are at seeing out games. Today the Dumbarton player came inside and took a shot rather than take it to the corner and allowed Alloa to get the ball and they went up the field and scored the goal that took the tie to extra time and ulitimately to victory
Livingston 2 Partick 1 - textbook hope-raising there Tongue
Well, Celtic won. How long before people start claiming Brendan Rodgers is greater than Jock Stein? Big Laugheek
Livingston finished the job!

I suppose this makes Hamilton's odds on survival next season that bit tougher Sad

But I am pleased for them Wink

A nice repeat from BBC Alba last week, the saga of Aberdeen's European Cup Winners Cup campaign, with Fergie, Archie Knox, an oddly hairless Willie Miller, Gordon Strachan, Alex McLeish and so on all present and talkative. I loved Strachan's doubtless well-worn-but-still-funny line "the gaffer said I was the best midfield in the country... no use in towns or cities, but the best in the country". Well, I'm easily amused. Probably not on AyePlayer, alas, but it was 5 years old already.
