Was the Championship equivalent of losing manager gets sacked in the morning except Partick did it 2 days prior to the match with Ian McCall now replacing Gary Caldwell with Alan Archibald returning to Partick as his assistant
Sandy Stewart now caretaker manager at Ayr United

East Stirling got dumped out of whichever Cup was on yesterday.

But result of the weekend - Dunfermline beating Partick to show they're not the crap ones.
Is Derek McInnes leading the sack race?
^ probably behind Heckingbottom in that race
Partick beat Inverness CT in McCall's first match with some very generous defending particularly with Partick's 2nd goal.

Dunfermline's inability to beat Alloa at EEP continues

Montrose won a seven goal thriller over Peterhead for their first league win of the season

Brechin also got their first league win under Mark Wilson beating Elgin 2-1 who still have not won a league game at Brechin
Disappointing result in the end 1-1 Morton v Dunfermline, 3rd time in 4 drawn matches that we have lost a lead to draw.
Rangers 5 Hamilton 0 - ah, just like old times.

Livingston beating Celtic wasn't like old times though. Gerrard top at last.
Can't take anything for granted but it's good to see the Gers back on top
East Stirling lost at home to higher-flying Kelty Hearts. Otherwise, it's a bit better season for us in the league, although being above East Kilbride is tempered by KH and Bonnyrigg Rose looking that much ahead of us.
Hamilton drew with Hibs and remain 8th.

Dunfermine beat Ayr 3-2 for Result of the Day Wink
Finally a home league win, first one since March for Dunfermline
