So Dundee has decided to vote yes so Dundee United are promoted, Raith are promoted, Cove Rangers are promoted with Partick and Stranraer relegated (pending league reconstruction)
Auchinleck Talbot have been awarded the West Junior Premiership even though they are 12 points behind Kilwinning but with 9 games in hand based on points per game.

Seems a lot of junior Clubs have applied to the Western of Scotland league that is part of the pyramid system be!ow the Lowland League. Something like 57 clubs have applied to be part of this new pyramid
EGM called for May 12, so this story's going to keep running...
So reconstruction talks have broken down as many of the Premiership clubs who needed to vote. 11-1 in favour of any reconstruction decided not to.

Hearts, Partick Thistle and Stranraer likely to be relegated with Brechin staying up and no promotion playoff for either Kelty Hearts or Brora

As I said, they should promote BOTH teams and drop the bottom 2 down.

There's any number of permutations for reconstruction, they just want the most money from the least effort.
From Dundee's No vote somehow being lost in the SFA/SPFL spam email folder while every other clubs vote was received without problen this has been fishy. I feel sorry for Partick Thistle ( despite Ian McCall being their manager) and Falkirk (as a Pars fan that is difficult to do), Kelty Hearts and Brora who have been shafted by this process.

The fact that the Scottish Premiership clubs didn't want to have any sort of reconstruction just shows that they do not have Scottish football's best interests at heart
Ballistic! Super Caley's Big Night
BBC Scotland look back 20 years to a headline writer's dream. John Barnes wasn't interviewed, funnily enough...

Back in the present day, Rangers' big vote failed, and Celtic are reportedly "pleased".
I see that Celtic have been declared winners of the Scottish Premier League.
However Hearts are religated to the Championship.
Something of a fait accompli really.
