What % would you rate Heart's winning any legal challenge?
Given Hearts owner forced the players to accept 50% wage cuts rather than deferrals with the threat of terminating their contracts if they refused I hope if they do bring a legal challenge it is rejected

The same as their points per game 0.766% Big Grin

Playing to the Whistle, with Leanne and Thommo
Whoever they are. A short look at the training of Scottish referees (lots of running, and practice running the line, it seems). Looks bloody difficult to me!
I think the only thing thst might be a life saver in Hearts retaining the PL status would be if restructuring did take place, but I think that has been kicked into touch.

Davie Robertson played for Aberdeen and Rangers, and now wants to be a manager. But nobody in Scotland cares, so he's working in Srinagar as the manager of the titular side. He got them promoted to the top flight in their 1st season and this film showed the problems to be faced in trying to make it in a war zone. The season starts badly when the Cup final gets called off and then awarded to RK's opponents on very thin criteria. But they then beat the same team in their opening fixture and go on to top the table. But real world issues keep interfering...
Return to Real Kashmir FC
Yes, the sequel nobody was demanding. As Davie returns to Kashmir, nutty Indian leader Modi cancels Kashmir's independence, and after a decent Cup run (losing a semi-final) the league season keeps being postponed. Davie visits a cemetery, and some temple about 16k ft up. Finally on Boxing Day, the season starts, and they battle up to 2nd in the table. But then it's coronavirus and the end of the show. The tourism stuff was more palatable, and with slightly less swearing.
Hearts are suggesting a big restructure to move to 14=14=14 divisions (or 14-14-16 if they let Brora and Kelty into the party). I think the days of 10 or 12 sides has to go.
Not enough teams voted for restructure, so Hearts are on for sueing to avoid relegation.
I reckon any legal challenge is going to cost them a pretty penny but like Chris Sutton said last night the club should be suing the players for not performing which I thought was a bit harsh, but when you think about it, if the performances on the pitch aren't good enough, then you deserve to go down, but I think restructuring probably might happen one day. I think there are many Scottish football fans who probably
do think it should happen to put the league on a a better even keel but I think maybe many non league clubs in England probably could bolster the Scottish football League system with reserve sides.
Apparently Partick Thistle have been given money from a mystery benefactor to bring a.legal case against their relegation. Plus BT sport's are going to try and claw back £2.3 Million from SPFL because the season was suspended and ended without their 4 Old Firm games.. They have also agreed to pay Sky Sports 1.5 Million back over 5 years

Hearts looking for £8 Milion pounds compensation and Partick Thistle £2 Million.

Dunfermline Athletic was one of the 16 clubs that voted for reconstruction
