Match abandoned - What a shambles Big Laugh

The Fucking pitch was a disgrace - Shame on you Rangers - Seen better looking pitches in the Sunday Pub League.

^^ just before the snow really started to come down and game was abandoned
^^^ The under soil heating wasn't turned on... someone forgot to put 10 bob in the meter Wink

The game should never have started, but Sevco needed the money from the Hearts fans to keep them in business for a few more days.

I work a two minute walk from Shitebrox, and it was a white out when I left work at 5 pm, but the snow had stopped falling. Surely they could have cleared the snow from the whole pitch in a couple of hours...
Hamilton 0 Celtic 2 - amazing that this is legitimately the big match of the day, since the Dundee Utd match was postponed. I think 5th place is where we'll have to settle for, but that's still about 7 places better than we could have hoped for.

East Stirling stuffed 3-1 at home by Annan too Sad
Michael Moffat scored a goal for Dunfermline Ath to salvage a draw against Airdrie Lets hope he goes on a goal run and helps us get some wins to help us at least make the playoffs.
Good win for Inverness, keeps them as part of the title chasing pack Smile It's not as though Hamilton chasing the title is the only long shot, Inverness being in the thick of it is pretty amazing, too.
Hamilton stuffed 5-0 by Partick, a result not merely disastrous, but ominous really. Will we even manage a top 9 finish now? Sad

Oh yeah, and Dundee United only managed a draw too.
Morton v Dunfermline Ath on BBC Alba at 5.30pm on Saturday. Hoping being on TV inspires my team
Hamilton turned their useless caretaker-manager into a proper full-time player-manager, and duly lost 2-0 at home to Inverness. So it's just a 4-horse race now Sad

Well done to Falkirk, the conquerors of Hearts (at last)! Big Grin
Yes unfortunately it was inevitable for the Accies that as soon as Alex Neil departed that a slump would happen, well look on the bright side, the Accies are at least guaranteed top flight football for at least another season which is something any Accies supporter would have gladly accepted at the start of the season Smile

Elsewhere Hearts lost there first game of the season at home to Falkirk, however I still can't see anybody else for the league, to me it was no more than a minor set back for them.

I have to say I was rather tempted to go to the Dundee United game today as I would have got into the ground cheaper than normal what with my injury and everything I would have qualified for the disability entrance. My only worry would have been getting rather carried away in my celebrations such as jumping out of my chair and ending back up in the hospital.

I've noticed that a lot of the media seem have written off anybody challenging Celtic for the league after the recent run of results, however from what I seen they are hardly playing like champions. The Ross County v Celtic game which I watched on the telly this afternoon was on the whole unentertaining, at no point did Celtic look convincing.

All the results from the Scottish Premiership went as follows.

St Johnstone 1 Aberdeen 1
Ross County 0 Celtic 1
Dundee Utd 3 Motherwell 1
Hamilton 0 Inverness CT 2
Kilmarnock 2 Partick Thistle 2
St Mirren 1 Dundee 2
