I had to laugh when I read about Neil Lennon's 3 match touchline ban for using offensive language based on 2 complaints. I mean who are the SFA. Fucking ofcom in disguise or something Big Laugh
The sooner Scottish Football has one body rather then three running it the better. Dunfermline Athletic have already been deducted 15 points for entering adminstration by Scottish Football League, now the Scottish Football Association have charged them with same offence! The SFA have already applied double standards by banning Dunfermline Athletic from Scottish Cup until they pay Hamilton Accies what they are owed, but Rangers still owe Dundee Utd money from Feb 2012 tie but no ban for them. Double Standards!
45 years ago, 27th April 1968, Dunfermline Athletic won their second and to date last Scottish Cup. Hoping the club survives their current crisis and one day I might be able to see them parade the Scottish Cup through the town like those around in the 1960's got to see on two occassions. #savethepars
East Stirlingshire rounded off their season with a valiant 3-2 away defeat decided by a late goal.

More rumblings of an SPL breakaway, though Sad
Amazing how the SFA works, they decide that the Aberdeen player dived for their penalty against Dundee and offer him a two match suspension for diving and yet charge Dundee manager John Brown for saying the ref had made a dreadful decision which they(SFA) by their actions agree with.
Cheating is something I deteste in football and the modern game. I don't mean to come across as in anyway racist here but let's be honest. It was the Italians that started off this diving lark. Italian football has always been corrupt and has stained the reputation of the once beautiful game. Unfortunately this has carried itself over to our shores.

No doubt about it Aberdeen cheated last week. It was a dive, even the commentator said so and the player in question Peter Pawlett has since been given a one match ban for his actions but it won't bring the points back to Dundee.

As a Dundee United fan I'm sad to see the Dee go down but let's be honest here. It wasn't the Aberdeen result that relegated them but it was the results throughout the course of the season that did the damage. Dundee's main problem all season has been their inabilty to score goals.

John Brown has turned the club around and with him at the helm my smart money would be on Dundee winning the 1st Division and making a return to the SPL. It was great for the whole city to have the derby's back so I'm hoping I don't have to wait 6 or 7 years before this happens again.
Credit to Dunfermline on getting the result they needed yesterday from what seems to have been a hell of a mad match.
Last year at this time we had the Rangers question now attention has shifted towards Hearts. Hearts' Lithuanian parent company UBIG has asked to be declared insolvent.

Hearts could be deducted 18 points at an SPL meeting on Monday which would then put them into bottom spot and it would mean certain relegation with Dundee avoiding the drop.

After last seasons dramatic events then anything is possible.

I'm sure East Stirlingshire et al would love to add Hearts to their fixture lists, if it comes to that Tongue
Well done to Alloa who have just clinched promotion to the First Division after beating Dunfermline 3-1 over 2 legs on aggregate. Sad to see one of Scotlands big clubs hitting the low's of the Second Division. But the Pars can always look on the bright side. At least they will have 4 games against the men from Ibrox next season. How bizzare relegation can truly be Cool
