i think he will have to at least beat rosberg in all the remaining races to be in with a chance SadSadSad
It's only 29 points. If Hamilton wins a race that Rosberg doesn't finish, they'll be almost even again. Nico's luck can't keep holding up, Lewis just needs to be able to take advantage when it slips.

keep hoping that will be the case but nico is getting vettel type luck when it comes to any mishaps, but we will never give up hope,we know lewis has the ability,he just needs the rub of the green when it comes to reliability bladewave
In Formula, the team is more important that any one individual.
It's about time Mercedes disiplined Rosberg by dropping him from a GP.
Hamilton says Rosberg hit him on purpose.

Quote:"We just had a meeting about it and he basically said he did it on purpose," said Hamilton.

The 2008 world champion added: "He said he could have avoided it, but he didn't want to. He basically said, 'I did it to prove a point'."

Hamilton said he was "gobsmacked" by Rosberg's admission.

"He just came in there and said it was my fault," added Hamilton.

Mercedes said Hamilton's remarks were a "broadly accurate" representation of what went on in the meeting.
Surely the team should take responsibility for this, as they allow their drivers to race each other and therefore must know that something like this might happen.
I don't see what all the fuss is about... they were racing, both wan't the championship, why should 1 of them let the other past? it's a race, they were told to race by the team..
The fuss is because the golden rule of Formula 1, as someone posted above, is that the one thing you don't do is crash into your team mate, whether you're racing him or not.

The fuss is less that there was contact, but that said contact could (and should) have been avoided on Nico's part, but he chose not to...

What his 'point' was supposed to be I don't know.
Lewis Could have slowed down or done something to avoid contact, both were racing and Rosbergs point is that he isn't going to be seen as a number 2 driver.. Hamilton ran him off the track and came close too it numerous times at the Bharain GP..
