Did you know that next year there are going to be standing starts when the safety car is deployed? Instead of everyone lining up behind the safety car they will have to form up in grid positions and undergo a restart. This is no doubt being done just to add to the spectacle of a race, because starts can always be a source of incidents and drama, compared to the likely processional nature of the rolling starts under the safety car which we have now.
Bernie Ecclestone has ended his trail in Germany for bribery by paying a £60 million settlement. bladewave
Must be nice to be able to lay your hands on the odd £60million. Must of been scared of losing the trial & maybe going to jail, not a good thing I would suggest at Ecclestone's age.

A man who worked for the helicopter air rescue company which organised Michael Schumacher's transfer from a French hospital to Switzerland was found hanged in his cell yesterday. He had been arrested on suspicion of involvement in the theft and leaking of Michael's medical file and offering it for sale to the media.
The bank involved in the Bernie bribery case has rejected the £60million settlement payment that was accepted by the court.
He's going to need a bigger envelope.

Pastor Maldonado has got to be the worst F1 driver I have ever seen, does he ever finish a race weekend without crashing into anybody or anything?

obviously youve never seen Narain Karthikeyan laughlaughlaugh,he was a one man mobile chicane,he was without doubt THE worst driver ive ever seen in f1,crashtor maldanado is hopeless, hes only in f1 because of his very rich backers who bought him his seats, whilst more talented drivers cant get near the grid because they have no rich benefactors behind them
