Hamilton seems in the mood to drive Rosberg off the track sometime, so that would ruin the chances of a Mercedes 1-2 in every race.

A Mercedes 1-2, what do you mean exactly?
Do you mean for pole and second on grid for start.
Since Hamilton didn't finish the first race due to a split hose it can't now be for finish positions.....

I thought he meant 1-2 finishing positions in all 13 remaining races. That's what I was quoting odds on anyway.

As you rightly said, it can't be for all 19 races of the season.

monaco may be the most glamorous event in the calendar but it doesnt half make for a boring race,if it wasnt for the historical side of things and this was proposed to be added to the calendar it wouldnt stand a chance of being included,its just too narrow for any real passing oppurtunities !

I've read that Monaco still allows some tobacco advertising to carry on, that's got to persuade the teams not to want to leave it off the calendar yet.
