Sin TV have a Satellite TV teleshopping licence, they can only be found in breach, or given fines for breaching Satellite TV teleshopping licence conditions when they are actually broadcasting on Sky TV, they have not breached any Ofcom Satellite TV licence conditions, because they are not yet on TV .
Even Ofcom would not be able to find them in breach or give them a fine for breaching Sky TV Teleshopping regulations if it wasn't broadcast on TV .
They other channels don't play fair and Ofcom just want money
so despite what many here in this thread have been saying, there tweet about the sky shows having to conform to regulations suggests they have a offcom license and not a foreign one as others have said??

Been know for a few weeks they had a UK licence, was in the ofcom bulletin that has been posted up on the forum, the only thing potentially different to the other channels is the web show
Paul I don't think anybody said that Sin TV had a foreign licence, before the licence was confirmed a lot us including myself were hopeful that they might have one which wasn't to be unfortunately

Rammy I re -posted it in St66 now
It looks as though SinTv have spent a lot on the sets, (probably via IKEA or B & Q), but the babes seem disinterested in doing very little with them.
Seeing Kara perched on the worktop just now doesn't really do very much for me, if she did some little interaction now with maybe the washing machine that would be nice.

The information uploaded to Sky was no doubt right at the time, but it looks now that Sin TV can't make their original launch date.
One wonders if it still has problems getting things ready for launch
