Wouldn't they be better using the Small Claims Court and assuming judgement is in their favour using Court Sherrifs to get what they are paid if the company do not pay up? (I'd love to see this on "The Sherrifs are Coming"!

Before bringing a Small Claims action you would need to make sure the company had enough money to pay up once you got judgement in your favour. In this case it seems they are stony broke, so bringing a small claims action wouldn't achieve anything. People do use Small Claims actions to recover unpaid wages or fees, but it only works when you're suing someone who has the money to pay. At this time they don't even have a studio to visit where items of value could be seized. I don't think they even have cameras and other equipment stashed away somewhere, as the studio they used to broadcast from apparently came complete with all broadcasting equipment. In short I can't see how a Small Claims action would be suitable in this case.
^ If its true they have absolutely no assets then that maybe the case but I doubt anyone will know unless they try. Certainly the minute they announce (if they do) that they are launching again I'd be there with my claim. I would not be happy if I had not been paid and they started trading again
I sincerely doubt that Sin TV will attempt any comeback whilst they still have debts to pay.

same here, plus will any babes want to work there. any that used to work there wont go back and they will tell any potential babes sin go after not to go there
I would say that they are way overdue on the three weeks
Been wondering if they didn't get as much cash for the phone calls as they thought they would, could be why they have payed up in a order that a court would see as correct leaving the girls with the weakest claim unpaid,
If its true they have no assists and have now paid as much debt as they can with no new money coming in would think they would be looking to get them self's wound up, so they can start again
