^^^ Ofcom regulate TV content, Sin don't have a TV channel yet, everything posted has come from the web, so what exactly are they going to get in trouble or get fined for?
As its webstream content it maybe better placed in the webstream section that's all so to keep things in the right place, when the tv is active you don't want them getting grief when they have done nothing wrong.
Yes and we all know what ofcom are like, they could so easily look at the Sin TV Thread on this forum and have a near heart attack and even if the explanation is what most reasonably sound minded people would think, well its ofcom we're talking about here and they don't fall into that category.
All I'll say is that we don't want any misunderstandings before the show has even had a chance to launch on SKY and neither do we wish to see them already under the cosh. I don't think there is anything I can add which I haven't already made clear in the previous page.
looks like ella mia is back at unleashed... i thought she was gonna be exclusive to sin tv?

Horny men watching knitting lol think we may need to call it adult knitting
Offcom don't base any punishment on what they see in a thread here, they have to request the recording from the channel which they then watch and decide if it in breach,
As sin have not been on TV yet it's not a problem ofcom will know what date they are on TV and anything before that they can do nothing about,
don't see the need to change the threads as everyone can find what they want easy,

Well you suggested that they might get 'hammered with fines from Ofcom', and there is a suggestion they might get 'grief', but I still don't understand how or why when the content so far posted is from the web, so it is not clear to me at all, but whatever.

Ita important to make the distinction because the rival channels all bitch about each other to get them shut down.
They can bitch all they want but of com has a process they follow and as sin has not breached that process they will not have a problem,
Think some on here are a bit paranoid over what ofcom can do
