Had to give up - that webstream makes even Babestation look like it's in HDYou do realise you can change the resolution right? It is actually about the highest quality I have seen for online live content far far better than the other webshows.
Bottom right corner where it says HD simple click and put rate to the highest.
not the best idea if you want smooth streaming mate. i have a 50mb line and it still hitches which tells me they have an issue there end.
use the 1.5k sd link and you will get better picture quality than babestation and a much smoother playback.
while the 3k stream is nice i think it needs a stronger cpu or more memory at the server, to be able to handle the viewer volume. as what im seeing on the stream looks more like a cpu bottlenecking than a stream bandwidth issue.
when the stream bandwidth is an issue the picture will go blocky and pixelated. the stream doesnt, it just stops, throws up lots of prebuffering errors then starts again from the next frame.
so yeah it looks to me like there hardware somewhere in the chain isnt up to whats being asked of it.
Yea I noticed this as well, trying to decide if the slight shudders every now and again are worth the glorious quality at top rate ? I am hoping this is just a teething thing and they sort it as my problem is knowing the HD quality is there causes be problems watching the still good SD quality Useful info that nothing to do with the speed of my line (less than yours) well we can hope they improve as watching on my massive gaming monitor in HD is just well fantastic
