Could it be possible that's how they justified (to the girls) the stupidly high wages they were offering?

Sadly, not always. Sometimes all it takes is a brass neck and the 'gift of the gab' to persuade some mug to part with yet another wad of cash.

^Wouldn't it be valid to say no payment of wages, no exclusive contract.
I see that their Sky channel on 942 has been disconnected

Possibly, depends how it was worded I guess.
I was just throwing it out there, I've no idea really.

Checking the original Astra feed, it is, technically, still there but with just a black screen.
Of course, they now have no means to transmit anything the studio having been vacated.
Of course, it is possible that the channel had a new frequency some time in the recent past(never bothered to look in by this means) as did several others. But if there was a change of frequency I usually get a 'No Video/Audio message on my receiver' not just a blank screen.
looks like their in debt to sky as far as i know they will now have 30 days to pay otherwise it disappear
So safe to say .... its all going well at Sin TV!
If they come back from this, I shall be ordering a large of portion of "porkpie", with a "beret" and a "cap" on the side
If they could not succeed the first time, it is not likely now that they have pissed off both the girls, and the customers. Also not to forget, they managed to fail whilst not paying for anything. This time round I would imagine they would be made to pay in advance. Also before they even do that, no doubt they will need to pay off the Website and Sky arrears. Plus they have lost both industry and public trust.
It is not easy to start a business, as we all know ( including Sin TV ). Even harder when you have a bad reputation.
