You're right, they didn't know what they were doing. The whole Sin TV project was absurdly optimistic right from the word go. The business plan (I'm assuming they actually had one) was put together by people living in some kind of dreamland. The x-streams were a good example of this - it was always a fantasy that they would get a viable audience, especially with the haphazard way they have been run which killed off any remote hope of success. Their business clearly suffers from a lack of leadership, a lack of clear vision and a basic inability to organise. At least the decision to reduce the streams from 4 to 1 shows that they are not totally detached from reality.

the things that need sorting out are what should have been organised and sorted before they launch.
sinking ship is what this is unless they make drastic changes now not later

thing is they could do deals with the likes of "the hub" to broadcast the girls as part of "hub tv". the girls get world wide exposure for relatively little cost. i could easily see 4 streams being used. they may be able to do a trial run or something.
reason i say do a deal with "the hub" is guys are uploading the content there any way, this would go some way to limiting or at least have some control over it.
they also wont have to worry about 15* guys recording blocking up there bandwidth either. "the hub" has a huge distribution so server load wouldnt be an issue. good by stuttering streams
.
First time poster in this thread. I'm just catching up with things here and I find the number of highy experienced babeshow girls Sin TV has quite staggering. It seems a lot for just one channel, does it not?
Well if you think that Sin were ambitious in having 4 webstreams, I have a story of a live-show channel whose existence might not have troubled these forums.
In 2008/2009, several staff members at ETV, possibly frustrated by the self-censorship or simply because they thought they could do better, jumped ship and started a new service. This was called PointX. Very briefly they had a sat service but their longer term existence was on the internet firstly from Molvania. They had to abandon their base there since they were raided by the vice squad(a probable tip-off from ETV) who could not understand their purpose since nekkid ladies usually meant prostitution. Later they turned up in Dusseldorf (Germany)
Looking for promotion in the forum which I was then connected with, and since I was making one of my visits to the country, I arranged to meet Veni and Georg. Their 'grand' plan was to have up to eight, yes eight, webstreams and the truth was they could, initially, not even get one to work properly. Having left Molvania, all they took with them was the live-show and that did not last long either.
I have no idea what happened to them after that - if they returned they could well have been jailed for fraud having usurped their backers' cash.
So the moral here, as I already stated, is that you can ill afford to be too ambitious from the off. Firstly, get your customer base and build up your services gradually rather than throw them all in to the pot straight away and pray that things work out.
PS. Will they survive through the summer ? I expect so. After all they do not wish to waste the poppers and balloons acquired in readiness for when Rammy phones in
sin really disappointed me with how they booked there show lastnight, i see on here that the girls on tv where taking calls so they keeped them going not using the xstream,
for me this is so shortsighted, how can they ever hope to grow there viewers on there web show if they are having nights when they are not using them
and if they have made the decision to only us the 1 tv channels then the line up is wrong of a channel at that end of the EPG doing multi girl shows, they have a lot of girls who where names at the biggest channel who would be on good money and would not come to sin for less, also how are they ever going to give them the amount of shifts they want when more girls join next month,
^ Well apart from Jada who was getting lots of shifts at BS? Not Louise who had very few shifts and not Lacey or Tori as they'd already left. Lilly also seemed hit & miss. I'd take new girls arriving in June with a pinch of salt if you think it means they will have more girls than they have now. Expect a clear out of those with the poorest call stats.
i wish the night show was like the day show, as i find that a very good watch, the day show is just simply done, 1 girl getting the chance to perform, if the night show was like this i think it would be very watchable and if they are just going to use 1 channel i think it could be the way to go

If anything they will probably be daytime girls, they're a bit thin on numbers in that regard.
^^
Not necessarily. Yes Holly McGuire is joining sintv permanently in june on days, but sintv may be adding some more nightbabes, especially if they decide to let some of their poorer performing babes go. There is at least 1 nightbabe joining in June, Karina Currie. Time will tell what is happening next month.
As for the show, whilst sintv is going to be just the sky show & 1 x-stream, think they should have no more than 3 babes on with 2 on sky and 1 on the x-stream. When the x-stream babe goes on a break, one of the sky babes go on the x-stream. Also have the x-stream babe go on the sky show when the sky babes go on breaks
