I didn't dismiss your post as nonsense, as you no doubt read and understood for yourself. I said any talk of questionable intentions was nonsense, meaning whoever that talk was by. The people running Sin TV had big plans.
To quote Victor Meldrew
"I don't believe it"
Kara has just said that the bosses still hope to get back "in another format". They even promise full payment within the next 3 weeks.
Personally, I just saw a pig fly past my window.
sin are going to pay there bill and make a come back
Just when you thought it was safe !!! SIN TV 3 coming to an EPG near you.
"New format" will mean new studio.
Current one being dismantled - rent not paid.
Seems that they were somewhere in the 'West End' (my guess near Covent Garden what with that promo vid that they stopped since it might have revealed a little too much about their loc). That's crazy in itself what with London rents. There was a flat attached and that does explain the utility room - that seems to have been the real deal - and possibly the tool room.
Anyone who goes back to Sin TV now wants their head examining.

They are all sets. Any flat with so little room in the bedroom that the door couldn't open without hitting the bed, is hardly going to have the luxury of the space for a "tool room". There was a behind the scenes photo posted that confirms this.
^^ I never said, in this post, that the bedroom was part of the 'flat'
For all one knows, that flat belonged to the janitor (slip him a few quid to use it now and again). I just think that utility room was the real deal.
In this pic, you can see the top of the set walls, and lack of a proper ceiling :
