You may well be right about the cameras.
The "service my room" label is a prop just like the rest (probably lifted from some hotel). It's meant to sell the idea that the girls are in a hotel bedroom. It worked!
The shower "set" I grant you is probably part of the studio's actual facilities. Water based sets are always going to require more time, effort and trouble for the crew. Hence why we don't see them very often.

^I think the girls are looking for something that is battery powered and goes bzzzzzz.
Waste of time as far as am concerned can't get on the web stream same problem the other night I tried to watch, I am a member of the site keep signing in but won't let me on.
Now that they have sorted out a basic schedule, we can now look to what they should do now.
Next steps
1) Get a second Sky Tv channel(if they still have the money to do so)
2) Open a 2nd x-stream back up and then just keep it at 2 for the time being.
3) Work out some sort of cross rotational system between the Tv channel/s and the x-stream/s. I would suggest 2 hours on the channel and then 1 hour on the webstream.
4) Make sure that all phone number/mobile short code issues are sorted out. As well as other related issues.
5) Don't have 3 girls on one cramped set.
6) Give the girls free rein to their job properly and not censoring them with stupid rules.
There, some simple steps which would improve Sin Tv. Of course the people who run Sin Tv and their producers, being the incompetent, steaming, piles of horse manure that they are, will do none of these things. Then what happens after that will be their own doing.
It pisses me off that some favourites of mine Dionne Mendez, Ree Petra, Lilly Roma & Jada, are being treated the way they are.

^just got to find that spare 5 million I had stuffed under the mattress for a rainy day. It is monopoly money, but hopefully the Sin Tv bosses won't notice when I hand over the suitcase with the money in when i'm buying the channel.
